Simple Language include
- Direct Speech
- Active Sentences
- Sentences not more than 15 words
- Paragraphs not more than 5 sentences
Basic Technical Writing rules include
- Action followed by reaction
- Proper usage of hyphenated words
- Consistency maintenance through out the assignment
- Correct reference
- Valid information
- Information without open questions
