Packaging

There are two methods of packaging, namely, Printing and E-Publishing.


Printing is publishing the document in the form of books. For such document, it is always recommended not to use lot of colors. Colored font may reduce the quality of the text when printed. Make sure to use the proper colored font so that the document text quality is not affected.

E-Publishing is mainly publishing on the cyber-net. Here, it is of two types, in the form of pdfs, or web-pages. In Pdf format, the document is of running format. That is, one has to scroll-down to view the next heading. Whereas, in web-page format, the content is like links; one has to click the links to view the content. Each page will have one topic. It will be easy to click on the desired content. It is not necessary to scroll throughout the document to reach the required one.

These documents on the cyber-net should be available for printing. It is based on the customer’s choice whether to use them from the monitor or to take prints. Therefore, it is important to have these document developed as printer friendly.
